The Customizable PCR Mastermix Calculator allows the user to choose the coefficients of the normal PCR mix plus to optional components. The user also has control of reaction volume, number of samples plus controls, and amount of DNA template to be added.

The PCR Kit Mastermix Calculator provides the user with the coefficients of commonly used PCR kits in order to make the mastermix.

The Conversions Calculator offers the ability to skip between common units for mass, length, temperature, and volume.

The Solution Dilution Calculator is functional for any concentration unit or volume.
